This is our first video in our new series - Self Defense for Women. We would like to keep the techniques as simple as possible and very realistic. It should not matter if you train daily in any martial art or not. If you practice our techniques and pay attention to our suggestions, you would be much safer in an eventuality. However nothing surpasses regular training under a well experienced self - defense expert. All martial artists may not be able to guide you through realistic self defense. If one is an expert only in sports martial arts then the self defense aspect could take a back seat or may not be their area of expertise. Try to find an instructor that specializes in Self - Defense or Unarmed Combat.
