Jukaado Power Workout

This is one of the workouts I do 3 times a week before starting the class. Do not try this without having a pretty high level of fitness or unless a qualified and knowledgeable trainer assists you in the workout.

  1. is that a granate or sand box.? Looking different and u doing alone and other students are simply watching you. But the work out is great.

  2. It is a granite rock. The day after the video shoot we have a Triathlon to take part in, so let them rest for the triathlon.
